We’re thrilled to welcome your production to Queen’s Theatre in the heart of Barnstaple. To help make your show a success, please refer to the guidance below covering print, marketing support, artwork requirements and how to get the most from our venue.

📦 Print Quantities

We recommend the following print quantities for Queen’s Theatre:

  • A5 Flyers: 750

  • A0 Posters: 0

  • A1 Posters: 1

  • A2 Posters: 2

  • A3 Posters: 2

  • A4 Posters: 3

Please note: Pull-up banners are subject to space availability. Do not send one without prior agreement. Any remaining print will be recycled/disposed of after the show unless you advise otherwise.

Website Images (minimum 300dpi):

  • Main Event: 1920 x 1080px

  • Event Header: 1920 x 726px

  • Schedule Popup: 1636 x 1080px

Social Media:

  • Landscape: 1200 x 630px

  • Square: 1080 x 1080px

  • Stories (Portrait): 1080 x 1920px

Brochure Pages:

  • Landscape: 1920 x 1080px

  • Square: 1080 x 1080px
    Brochure images should be clean visuals, free from text.


📋 Additional Materials Required

Please also provide:

  • Website copy

  • Long brochure copy (approx. 200 words)

  • Short brochure copy (50–60 words)

  • Social media images

  • Show preview video(s) and venue-specific video content if possible

It’s your responsibility to ensure all supplied materials are cleared for use, especially on social platforms. Please include any mandatory credits or logos for online use.


🎟️ Ticket Offers

If you’d like to run a ticket offer, please discuss this before the event goes on sale. Early booking discounts may be arranged, but we do not run late discount schemes.

💼 Marketing Support

Marketing Contra
If your contract includes a marketing contra, your production will be included in our seasonal brochure for £150 (automatically deducted from your contra). Upgrades may be possible subject to availability – contact us for options.

Standard marketing activity includes:

  • Website listing

  • Print displayed in the venue

  • Organic social media post(s)

  • Targeted audience promotion (e.g. upselling, flyers, screens)

  • Press release distribution to local media

Additional paid options include:

  • Social media advertising

  • Print distribution

  • Radio or press ads

  • Email campaigns

  • Direct mail

  • Outdoor advertising

Note: Our homepage carousel and social media header space is limited and not available for all shows.
